Holloran 2014 Ana Vineyard Pinot Noir - Ana Vineyard. Our initial bottling from ANA vineyard provides aromas of black cherry, plum, dried strawberry, and forest floor. The mid-palate features finely textured tannins, followed by juicy acidity and a long finish. Pair with salmon, or aromatic meat dishes featuring chicken or pork.

Holloran 2014 Pinot Noir - Dundee Hills. This wine shows classic Dundee Hills aromas of dusty red cherry, baking spice and white pepper, followed by a moderately long finish. It is an ideal food wine with bright acidity and firm tannins that will pair well with roasted pork or chicken with pan juices or a reduction sauce.

Holloran 2013 Pinot Noir - La Chenaie Vineyard. The La Chenaie Pinot Noir shows its telltale dusty cherry nose, with bright high-tone aromas. These are typical aromas for the site, and for the hills on the western side of the Eola-Amity Hills. The palate provides beautiful, focused, linear flavors of red cherry and spice. The moderately long finish shows some ripe tannin and balancing acidity. Pair this red-fruit oriented Pinot with sautéed chicken served with roasted red and yellow beets, and steamed red potatoes.

Holloran 2014 Tempranillo - La Chenaie Vineyard. The aromas freely drifting up from the glass offer scents of smoky, roasted meat accented with spicy red fruit. With a little breathing, the mid palate reveals deep layers of mocha and white chocolate. The finish persists quite long, accentuated by ripe tannins that will melt with age in the bottle. Enjoy it with filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, or other boldly flavored meat dishes.

Holloran 2015 Tempranillo - Eola Amity Hills. Bright black cherry and blueberry aromas drift out of the glass with the first swirl, accented with a hint of bacon fat. Flavors on the palate show roasted coffee and dark fruit, with a long finish accentuated by firm, ripe tannins. Enjoy with roasted duck breast with rum and coffee marinade, or other strongly flavored red meats.

Holloran 2013 Chardonnay - Le Pavillon Vineyard. White peach, baking spices and subtle vanilla notes linger to a long finish. Body and complexity to pair with holiday foods, silky smooth for sipping.
